Join us for this helpful introduction to understanding and managing diabetes.You'll learn how to stay healthy, make good food choices and healthy meals, and how to use a glucometer.

I now personally know too many community members living without health insurance. They are all ages, some college educated, most working or studying and all engaged in our community. We can serve them now, before their health needs are too great, while they can learn about prevention and controlling chronic conditions.
